Working style: Hybrid 2 days week in the office
Salary: £100,000 – £130,000

Are you currently working within Global Employee Benefits consulting and looking to take the next step in your career? BWD have an excellent opportunity that would suit people from a number of backgrounds.

We are collaborating with a leading reinsurer who are looking to strengthen their distribution team. The role will be a nice blend between the relationship management of current multinational corporate clients and business development to help bring on new business. You will be managing a portfolio of complex EB offerings including Pooling, Captive and Underwriting Solutions all on a global scale.

The role will offer an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving market, it would suit someone with 5+ years within global consulting, and it is essential you have experience of working with Pooling and Captive. You will be responsible for working close with C-Suite clients and maintaining a high level of consultation whilst working alongside other internal teams.

Experience Required

5 years + experience of working within global employee benefit consultancy working with multinational Pooling and Captive.
Excellent technical knowledge of UK and global EB products and being able to convey them to high level clients in a consultative way.
Strong communication, business development, client management and analytical skills.
