Day-to-day of the role:
Collaborate on the rollout of impactful media plans and activities with key trade and industry press, aligned with overarching campaign goals.
Coordinate with a network of marketing, advertising, PR, and design agencies to craft and deliver compelling promotional materials and literature, ensuring strategic alignment, budget adherence, and timely execution.
Spearhead the development of digital content that resonates with our target audience and bolsters our campaign objectives.
Implement promotional programs that support tactical initiatives, equipped with robust measurement tools to track success.
Provide insightful market and customer analysis to inform and refine business processes.
Engage actively with sales teams to support tactical ‘push’ plans and amplify campaign reach within the market.
Strengthen relationships with customers to enhance campaign effectiveness and alignment with marketing objectives.
Ensure compliance and maximize engagement with trade bodies and associations, leveraging memberships to enhance market presence.
Contribute to product strategies that bolster our ‘pull’ strategy through a specification-led approach and support the launch of new products.
Lead the generation and thorough evaluation of marketing campaigns, including managing subscriptions and assessing their impact.
Offer creative insights that ensure the successful execution of strategies and tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Honours) or significant experience in sales & marketing, ideally within the B2B sector, construction experience is a plus.
Robust understanding of digital marketing principles and market dynamics.
Proven ability in creative content writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong online and database management skills.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
