We are working in partnership with a dynamic and well-established company on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells to recruit a Project Manager to join their collaborative Head Office team. The role offers:

A key position with ownership and autonomy

Involvement in every stage of project lifecycle – from concept to completion

A creative and fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities

Hybrid exposure to client-facing communication, internal coordination, and external supplier management

Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Offices located just outside Tunbridge Wells, with occasional travel to client sites (approximately once per quarter)

Core responsibilities will include:

Working in partnership with clients to define project briefs, timelines and objectives

Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources

Coordinating internal teams (including design and production) to meet project goals

Managing relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders

Acting as the key point of contact for client communications and updates

Monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery within budget

Reporting on project status and outcomes to senior stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience managing or supporting the management of projects, timelines or client deliverables

Can demonstrate strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Is confident in liaising with both internal teams and external clients

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Is within a commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells
