Our client is a well-established global manufacturing/engineering business that is embarking on an exciting transformation journey. They are transitioning from reactive service marketing to a proactive, insight-led model with HubSpot as their central automation and growth platform. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to make a significant impact by building and owning the demand generation engine that will drive the business forward.
Location: South West London, full time office based
THE DEMAND GENERATION MARKETING SPECIALIST ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, and events
Design and manage email nurturing journeys, sales sequences and automated workflows to move leads through the buyer’s journey
Configure and manage CRM systems ensuring maximum data hygiene, segmentation, and contact enrichment while maintaining GDPR compliance
Develop campaign dashboards, funnel metrics, and attribution models to provide actionable insights for improving conversion and ROI
Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to create campaigns and content assets that build awareness and generate qualified leads
Champion experimentation and A/B testing across all channels to continuously optimise for lead quality and volume
THE IDEAL DEMAND GENERATION MARKETING SPECIALIST WILL HAVE:
3-5 years’ experience in CRM, marketing operations, or demand generation
Demonstrable hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
Strong understanding of workflows, segmentation, and reporting capabilities
Experience running integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
HubSpot certifications (CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub) preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with resilient, growth-oriented approach
Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
