We’re looking for a Data Scientist who’s passionate about applying advanced ML techniques to deliver smarter pricing strategies and better customer experiences within the Insurance sector

What You’ll Be Doing

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to optimise pricing, segment risk, and understand customer behaviour.
Conduct rigorous experimentation and hypothesis testing to unlock new pricing levers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed your models directly into live business decision-making.
Explore complex datasets to uncover patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Maintain and improve production-ready data pipelines and model performance.
Champion machine learning best practices and support a high-performance data science culture.

What You’ll Bring

Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models (GLM, GBM, etc.) in production environments.
Solid grasp of statistical techniques and experimental design.
Strong skills in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
Experience in pricing, insurance, or related sectors is a big plus.
An ability to explain ML outputs and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
