About the Role

Join a dynamic Information Security team as a Data Analyst. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving technology compliance and risk initiatives by delivering insightful dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for management information and compliance tracking.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify compliance gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders, transforming technical findings into compelling business narratives.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in data analytics within finance or technology environments.
Expertise in Power BI—show us your portfolio of successful implementations.
Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent).
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, stories, sprints, backlogs).
Knowledge of IT metrics and DevSecOps frameworks.
Exceptional analytical and visualization abilities.
A degree in technology is essential; an MSc in Data Analytics or security certifications (ISACA, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
Confidence in delivering MI presentations to senior committees and forums, both written and verbal.
