Customer Service- Temporary Role

Juice Recruitment are currently recruiting for a fantastic client based in the centre of Cheltenham, with their search for Customer Service Advisors on an initial temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking for your first office based opportunity, or looking for a new challenge!

DAY TO DAY:

Making inbound/outbound calls to customers
General administration to support the department
speaking with customers about current plans
Offering excellent customer service at all times

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Excellent communication skills
Previous customer service experience (this can be in retail, hospitality etc)
Able to work in a busy environment

This role is available immediately, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm and paying £12.50 per hour with opportunity to earn bonuses and get involved in some excellent incentives!
