What you’ll do:

Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service
Resolve customer requests quickly and creatively
Ensure every interaction delights our customers

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (construction or waste management preferred)
Problem-solving mindset with a “can do” attitude
Familiarity with customer service software (experience with industry systems like Weighsoft is a plus)
