We are working with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Reading, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. This organisation fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, where innovation and care go hand in hand.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join their dynamic Customer Services Department. This role is central to delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting internal teams across sales and management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for customer and patient enquiries via phone and email.
Set up new customer accounts, manage product attachments, and maintain pricing accuracy.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring proper documentation and identifying recurring issues.
Coordinate the dispatch of training materials and respond to stock availability queries.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and manage sponsorship requests.
Cover office management duties during absences, including onboarding new starters and stocktaking.
Assist with broader business support tasks including:
Booking and logistics for conferences
Travel and accommodation arrangements for management
Office administration (post, ordering, invoice management)
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with forecasting.
Confident decision-making and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
