Customer Service Administrator

Job Type: Permanant

Location: Carrington, Manchester

Salary: £26,200

Start date: ASAP

Day-to-day of the role:

Dealing with customer queries, customer complaints and processing orders.

Follow up on customer interactions and organise workflows to meet customer timeframes.
Address customer questions about new and existing services and coordinate responses through collaboration with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Work closely with National Account Managers to ensure quick responses to customer queries within agreed SLAs.

Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in customer service is essential.
GCSEs or equivalent qualification in Administration.
