Customer Service Advisors Needed!

Are you a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an eye for detail and a positive attitude? We’re looking for several Customer Service Advisors/Agents to join various busy teams across different industries in and around the Aylesbury and Princes Risborough area.

This is an excellent opportunity whether you’re starting your career or bringing previous experience in customer service. Full training is provided – all we ask is that you’re willing to learn, can pick up systems and processes quickly, and are confident speaking on the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Entering accurate and detailed notes into the CRM system.
Carrying out general administrative duties related to customer service and enquiries.
Learning product and process information and applying it confidently after training.
Providing friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail when entering data or writing notes.
Ability to learn quickly and retain information after training.
A team player with a proactive and positive approach.
No previous experience necessarily required for one of our clients – just the right attitude!
Call centre experience an advantage for another client!
What’s On Offer:
£24,000 – £25,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Full training provided.

These are office-based roles, so candidates must be able to commute to Aylesbury or surrounding areas.
