We are seeking a Customer-focused individual to join an experienced Customer Service Team on a part-time basis.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customers and Sales Team by providing outstanding service and managing queries.

What’s on offer:

Annual Salary of £25k PRO RATA
25 – 30 hours across Mon – Fri
28 Day holiday including bank holidays

What you will be doing:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, live chat, and in-person communication
Support a vulnerable client group with sensitivity and empathy, offer dealing with emotionally challenging queries
Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and thoroughly, working with internal teams to ensure effective outcomes
Liaise with customers and colleagues to coordinate product moves, repairs, and installations
Make appropriate decisions based on procedures, experience, and good judgment – balancing client needs with company priorities
Follow up with customers after installations to gather feedback and identify potential improvements

Skills and Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in an office-based Customer Service Role
Excellent Communications skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism
Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
