Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a great manufacturing business based in Farlington.

Duties include:

Resolving complaints on the phone, in person or online, with accuracy and efficiency.
Booking service calls and liaising with service engineers.
Maintaining records of complaints.
Coordinating with suppliers to arrange replacement goods.
Effectively communicating with customers on delivery/collection dates for replacement parts.

Personal requirements:

Effective at problem solving.
Good administration skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
Organised and able to prioritise workload.

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,396.80
