Temporary Customer Service Advisors – Immediate Start

?? Location: Wickford (In-Office Role)
?? Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (Optional 8am start for longer hours)
?? Type: Full-time | Temporary (Until Christmas with potential to return in Spring)

We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic and friendly team. This is a seasonal opportunity that could lead to future work in our busy Summer season.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering customer calls and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner
Entering information accurately into our bespoke CRM system
Placing orders and assisting with a wide range of customer queries
Working closely with both internal teams and external customers
Prioritising tasks while staying calm under pressure
What We’re Looking For:
? Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
? Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
? A polite and patient telephone manner
? Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
? A professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
? Good computer skills – Outlook, Excel, and CRM experience preferred
? Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to our rural location
