?? The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers across a range of industrial sectors including aerospace, automotive, energy, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, proactive communication, and problem-solving.
??? Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries and process purchase orders promptly and accurately.
Take ownership of allocated customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on quotations and orders.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with internal departments including finance, production, and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM and ERP systems.
Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
Deputise for the Customer Service Supervisor in operational meetings when required.
Promote and adhere to Health & Safety standards within the department.
? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a customer service or internal sales role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering results.
