Our client in the Uxbridge area is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a strong commercial mindset to enhance customer relationships and uphold our high standards of service. This role is office-based and offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.Day-to-day of the role:
Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer, recommending appropriate products.
Develop and maintain a rapport with customers, ensuring a friendly and professional service.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent the company positively.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Foster positive working relationships within the sales and customer service team.
Accurately record customer information and sales orders digitally or in written form.
Manage customer accounts, including conducting mailshots and handling inquiries.
Stay informed about new products and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle daily outbound calls and upselling to existing customers.
Process orders and follow up on sample requests using phone and email.
Operate the Live Chat System to assist online customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Comfortable making minor decisions without direct supervision.
