About the Role – Outbound Customer Service Executive
As an Outbound Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in reaching out to customers to provide support, promote services, and ensure satisfaction. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering a positive customer experience through outbound contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Following up on enquiries and previous interactions
Promoting products and services in a professional manner
Updating customer records accurately using internal systems
Handling objections and resolving queries with confidence
Working towards individual and team targets

The Ideal Candidate – Outbound Customer Service Executive
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Demonstrate experience gained in a similar outbound customer service role
Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
Be confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
Be located within a commutable distance to Staplehurst
Be available to work full-time from our office
