We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce to join our friendly team in Harlow. You’ll be part of a company that’s passionate about making online shopping feel personal.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Care Across Channels – Answering queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing empathetic, knowledgeable support.
Order & Fulfilment Management – Handling returns, exchanges, and delivery queries while keeping systems accurate and up to date.
Product Confidence – Making thoughtful product recommendations that match customer needs.
Tech-Savvy Service – Using CRM and support tools (Zendesk experience is a plus) and familiarity with Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.
Team Collaboration – Working closely with fulfilment and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in D2C and e-commerce customer service
Warm, professional communication and a proactive approach
Ability to juggle multiple enquiries without losing your cool
Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
Bonus points for a passion for sport or knowledge of Amazon/web sales
Confidence using customer service platforms (Zendesk highly valued)
