This is a unique opportunity to join an established family business and market leader in the food industry with a reputation for quality, innovation and premium products. Operating across the UK and international markets and on the back of substantial contract wins, we are looking for 2 Customer Experience Administrators to support our growing team with all aspects of customer and supplier contact, sales administration and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer calls and emails, ensuring a high level of service at all times
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Provide sales support, including diary management, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
Perform general administrative duties, including managing schedules, emails, and handling confidential information
Raise POs, maintain systems, and generate reports
Coordinate travel for trade exhibitions across the UK, Europe, America, and Türkiye
Attend ad-hoc meetings with suppliers and existing clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and supplier administration
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Self-motivated with the ability to work from home but willing to visit the office as needed
Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business trips
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Location:
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to visit the office as needed so applicants need to live within a commutable distance from York.
