Our client is currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to join their team on a part-time basis. The Customer Care Agent will be required to address customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats, alongside various hands-on tasks that make the role more dynamic than a typical contact centre position.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries through chat, email, and phone calls.
Assisting at conferences and events.
Handling claims and returns.
Sending out certificates and incentive gifts.
Booking in post and parcels for collection.
Participating in ad hoc projects and testing new systems and processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in customer service, including handling calls, chats, and emails.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Fluency in English and excellent teamwork skills.
Eligible to work in the UK.
