Are you a HubSpot expert ready to take full ownership of a CRM function and shape how it drives business growth?

We’re working with a high-growth financial services firm that operates across investments, corporate finance, and advisory, supporting sectors that make a real impact, including national security, healthcare, and infrastructure.

They’re now looking for a CRM Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their HubSpot platform-ensuring it drives performance, supports campaign activity, and delivers real marketing impact.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the CRM strategy and ensure HubSpot is delivering across the full customer journey

Build and manage dashboards, reports, workflows and automation to support marketing and sales activity

Own data segmentation, campaign targeting and performance insight

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to deliver inbound and outbound campaigns

Write persuasive, effective email content that engages multiple audience types

Align CRM activity with wider content and marketing plans

Use insights to continuously improve lead generation and customer engagement

What we’re looking for:

2-3 years’ experience in a HubSpot-focused CRM or marketing role

Strong experience building and executing campaigns using HubSpot tools

A strategic mindset – someone who can shape how CRM supports growth

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven ability to deliver results through data-driven marketing

Ideally degree-educated, with interest in tech, finance, or high-growth environments
