Credit Controller – Fluent in Any European Language

Commercial Collector – Fluent in Any European Language – Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Maidstone (Office Based)

Salary: £28,000 basic | £45,000 OTE

Hours: 9am–5pm (with discretionary flexibility)

Breaks: 10-minute morning & afternoon breaks

Job Purpose

Maximise cash collections through inbound and proactive outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate early repayment of international and domestic debts
Update debtor management systems accurately
Recommend next steps to clients after failed collection attempts
Escalate disputes to Client Services swiftly
Maintain accurate records and workflows

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone with:

A proven background in commercial credit control or B2B collections
OR sales/customer service experience and a desire to move into collections
Confidence on the phone and working to financial targets
Fluency in a European language is highly valued – my client is always open to receiving applications from candidates with this skill
