Corporate FX Sales – Senior Associate – eFinancialCareers

Key role in a leading international bank providing OTC FX derivatives products and hedging solutions to a UK and European client portfolio. Role is available at associate grade within an established and successful team.

Main Responsibilities

Communicate directly with corporate clients to promote FX and derivative products in order to achieve performance targets, both individual and at team level
Coordinate with internal departments and Bank’s relationship management team to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Generate and distribute market information relevant to corporate clients activity and interests
Ensure successful collaboration within the Treasury Sales and Trading team obtaining personal and group targets
Assist EMEA offices in operational issues by acting as first point of contact for Treasury processes
Adhere to external regulatory frameworks and internal bank policy in respect to all processes and administration

Experience Sought:

Recent sell side sales experience, in corporate or institutional FX preferred, or other financial markets/asset classes.
Ability to promote a strong risk and compliance culture within the bank through exhibiting behaviors,

competencies and capabilities expected of an FCA approved person.

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of FCA Approved Persons regime. Principles and Code of Practice and a sound general understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills, emphasis on teamwork.
Degree educated in a technical/ numerate field ideally and/or equivalent level of relevant experience.
Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
A proactive, motivated approach.
Able to take on challenges to overcome obstacles. and be a team player.
