Job Title: Corporate Compliance Paralegal.
Salary: £28,000.
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire & Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

CRA Consulting is working exclusively with a top-tier international firm to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal. Whether you’re an experienced paralegal or a recent law graduate with top academic credentials, this role offers exposure to high-profile clients, complex transactions, and real development potential from day one.

You won’t be stuck doing the basics. From the start, you’ll be a core part of the legal team – supporting major corporate matters, drafting documents, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders across borders.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas like:

Corporate transactions

Executive compensation

Shareholder and equity schemes

Commercial contracts

Research and regulatory compliance
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting lawyers on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters

Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and transaction reports

Conducting legal and commercial research

Assisting with share schemes, cap table updates, and client advisory

Liaising with clients and international stakeholders

Maintaining legal files, tracking deadlines, and recording billable hours

Helping to keep complex matters on track from start to finish
What We’re Looking For

A First-Class LLB (essential), ideally from a red brick or Russell Group university

Strong communication and writing skills

Impeccable attention to detail and a highly organised approach

Enthusiasm for corporate/commercial law, especially areas involving equity and tax

Previous legal work experience is a plus but not essential

A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
