Conveyancing Assistant

Why this role? Based in the Burgess Hill area, this firm is searching for a Conveyancing Assistant, supporting an experienced fee earner. You’ll be joining a collaborative and dedicated team of 18 residential property professionals within a firm of around 30 people.
What you’ll do:
Handle post-completion work on residential conveyancing matters
Provide support to a busy fee earner and help manage caseloads
Work with shared ownership transactions
Maintain excellent communication with clients and third parties
Use case management systems to keep files on track
What they’re looking for:
Prior experience in a conveyancing environment
A proactive and organised approach
Familiarity with shared ownership is desirable
A team player with strong communication skills
