Our client, who provide compliance support to a range of firms all over the UK, is looking for a bright and confident Assistant Compliance Administrator join their team with superb communication skills.

This role plays a key part in supporting both the data management process during client filing periods and broader business administration tasks throughout the year. The filing periods are busy and fast-paced, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in communicating clearly under pressure.

You will be helping the team stay on track by managing schedules, client data and internal tools, making a real difference to how smoothly things run day to day.

This is a remote role however you would be required to attend the office in London at least once per quarter for team meetings.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Filing Period – Data Management Support

Assist with preparing and sending client scheduling emails
Send client returns and working files by email or specific data transfer platform
Download & save incoming data
Chase clients for outstanding data, feedback, and approvals
Support data entry into internal trackers (e.g. Smartsheet)
Help set up client folders in iDeals and populate relevant client checklists
Assist Compliance Administrator in providing daily updates to the team

Business Administration

Support the logging of holidays & overtime
Help with booking internal meetings, client calls, and lunch arrangements for the team when needed
Provide assistance during board meetings and management sessions
Assist with internal housekeeping and ad hoc admin tasks as directed
Enter invoice data into Xero and support with monthly invoice checks

Skills/Experience

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft 365 software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel spreadsheets and internal systems (training can be provided)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proactive communicator, especially when chasing data or flagging issues
Interest in team administrator or client support roles
