At Paradigm Housing Group, we’re looking for a confident and capable Community Safety Manager to take the reins of a transformed service and drive it forward. You’ll be joining a team with renewed energy, clear purpose, and a strong track record of improvement. You’ll play an essential role in delivering safer, more inclusive neighbourhoods.

We’ve made huge strides in improving our ASB service, from better case assessment and customer communication to stronger team dynamics and a 17% uplift in tenant satisfaction. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated manager to continue this momentum and lead our ASB function into its next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Community & Safety Manager, you’ll:

Lead and inspire a team of 5-6 ASB Case Managers

Champion early intervention and customer-focused case resolution

Own and evolve our ASB policy, toolkit, and communications strategy

Collaborate across Paradigm and with external partners (police, local authorities, health services)

Use data and insight to shape service improvements and reduce ASB

Monitor performance and report outcomes to senior leaders and external stakeholders

Handle complex cases and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Participate in our duty manager rota, including occasional out-of-hours support

You’ll bring:

Strong ASB legislation knowledge and case management experience

Proven leadership in managing customer service teams

A data-driven mindset and strategic decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

A collaborative, solution-focused approach

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle + business insurance

Why Paradigm?

We manage over 17,000 homes across 30 local authorities. We’re growing fast. With the pending acquisition of 3,500 homes from another housing organisation and ongoing plans to form a larger housing association of 30,000 properties, this is an exciting time to join us. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, accountability, and community impact.
