The Role

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:

Assist with sales, acquisitions, leases and development transactions
Draft legal documents and manage due diligence processes
Liaise with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently
Support fee earners with file management, billing and compliance tasks
Gain exposure to sectors such as agriculture, healthcare, leisure and viticulture

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in property law or legal support (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
IT proficiency and a willingness to learn
