Collections Specialist

Orka Financial is recruiting for their client based in Slough who are looking to recruit an experienced collections specialist.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all collections activities in accordance with the required regulations

• Negotiating payment arrangements

• Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided

• Review SLA adherence and performance reports

Requirements

• Prior collections experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership
