Location: Berkshire(Hybrid)

Salary: £55,000+

Role Summary: An excellent opportunity for a motivated and capable Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. This role offers a mix of hands-on experience on complex cases and the opportunity to manage your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting senior team members on high-value and complex claims, including cerebral palsy, birth injury, and other serious conditions.

Managing an independent caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters.

Handling cases typically valued at £50,000 and above.

Providing a caring and individual service to clients, combining legal and medical expertise.

Operating within a hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in the Reading office.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with up to 7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).

Proven experience in handling claimant clinical negligence claims.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

Strong legal and medical knowledge relevant to complex claims.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing an independent caseload.
