Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in this specialist area of law to gain hands-on experience, working closely with experienced solicitors on a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting solicitors with clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution
Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court bundles
Reviewing and organising medical records and expert reports
Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and third parties
Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case files
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in clinical negligence, personal injury, or litigation is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to manage sensitive and complex matters
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Team player with a proactive and professional approach
