We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager for our client in Woking. The position will involve managing the service delivery, quality standards and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of multiple clients and services
Line management of staff from initial recruitment, to on-boarding and training, ensuring staff retention is at the forefront.
Maintain strong quality standards & compliance including improvement mechanisms
Contribute to strategic development of new services

Key Skills

Proven experience in an operational role as a strong leader
Experience in supporting & developing staff
Excellent organisation, communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This role would be ideal for someone with a background in education or social care.
