Location: Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | 9am–5:30pm (5pm on Fridays)
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and boutique financial planning business that is seeking a career-focused Client Services Administrator to join their close-knit team. Based in a market town on the River Irwell, this is a brilliant opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with prior experience in financial services who enjoys working collaboratively and directly supporting financial planners and paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full pre- and post-sale administration support to advisers and paraplanners
Prepare engagement letters, Letters of Authority, client agreements, and other onboarding documents
Obtain policy valuations, prepare meeting follow-ups, and review documentation
Request and process quotes and provider application forms
Maintain accurate records on the back-office system and ensure data integrity
Support colleagues in maintaining compliant client files
Welcome visitors and handle front desk/intercom duties when required
Answer inbound calls and provide outstanding service to clients
Take part in regular training and development, with support to build industry knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a financial services admin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, grammar, and overall document accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong time management and the ability to multitask effectively
Willingness to learn, support others, and contribute to a team culture
Commitment to ongoing personal development and compliance best practices
