Client Service Analyst FTC

We are working with an alternative investment manager who are looking to add a junior to their Client Services team in London. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with an immediate start. Ideal for recent graduates with relevant placement experience, individuals finishing up another contract or those returning from travelling.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the firm’s global institutional client base.
Record client information using the internal CRM system, acting as the primary liaison for client queries.
Support with the implementation of new client service tools and collaborate on AI-driven process enhancements.
Deliver regular client reports and data analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
1-2 years of relevant client support/reporting experience within asset management.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills
Passion for financial markets.
Ability to work to deadlines and project manage different tasks.
Need to be available for an immediate start.
