Claims Operations Manager

An experienced Property Claims Desk Adjuster with managerial experience is required to join a global Loss Adjusters where you will work closely with a team of Desk Claims Handlers and Field Adjusters managing Property Claims up to £100k which could also involve Major and Complex Losses.

Key responsibilities:

Working with the Regional team you will help support a team of Desk Claims Handlers and Field Adjusters
Act as a technical referral point
Support Field Adjusters by accompanying on occasional site visits
Oversee the operational side of the claims handling ensuring the team are delivering an exceptional customer service and working to SLA’s, KPI’s
Act as a mentor to the team and be able to identify training and development needs

About you:

Experience in handling Property Insurance Claims including Major and complex loss
Proven Management skills being able to lead a team and provide support
A good listener with technical ability to help with any complex issues
Experience of working closely with Field Adjusters
Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and face to face
Industry qualifications, working towards or a desire to study towards
Have the ability to travel as and when required to attend site visits accompanying your team of Field Adjusters
A full clean UK driving licence
