Claims Handlers – Travel Insurance

Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for empathetic and detail-focused Claims Handlers to support customers through unexpected travel disruptions.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for travel insurance claims
Assess and process claims efficiently and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately via phone and email
Handle a variety of cases, from lost luggage to emergencies
Ensure customers feel supported every step of the way
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage high volumes of calls and emails
Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure
Training & Hours:
8 weeks of full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm) – no leave during this period
Post-training shifts: Rostered between 8am–6:15pm, Mon–Sat
One Saturday every 6 weeks (with a day off in lieu)
