Claims Adjuster – Crisis Management

Eames Consulting is partnering with a leading global insurer who are looking to appoint a Claims Adjuster within their Political Risk and Crisis Management team. This individual will be primarily responsible for efficiently handling a varied caseload of Product Recall and Crisis claims.
Responsibilities:
·Engage with stakeholders across the business to effectively resolve a caseload of Product Recall and Crisis Management claims, while adhering to the insurer’s Claims Handling Practices
·Develop strong relationships with underwriters and actuaries across the business, including ensuring both the underwriting and actuarial teams are informed when claim trends are identified.
·Responsible for provide an excellent service to policyholders and brokers, actively maintaining and developing great relationships with the insurer’s clients.
·Manage loss adjusters, experts and lawyers as needed throughout the claim process
Required Experience:
·This individual must have strong experience handling Product Recall or Crisis Management claims in the London Market
