Centre Manager

Centre Manager – Belper:

Basic: £30,000 – £36,000
42.5 hours per week | 5-day rota including Saturdays (day off in week when Saturday worked)

We’re looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead a busy automotive site in Belper. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, motivating your team and ensuring excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing?:

Managing the day-to-day running of the centre
Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and service targets
Overseeing stock, security, compliance and health & safety
Building strong customer relationships
What we’re looking for?:

Experience as a Centre or Assistant Manager in the automotive sector
Strong leadership and sales skills
Technical/mechanical knowledge
Full UK Driving Licence
