Cash Allocation Clerks are needed to assist with the accurate and timely allocation of customer payments in the Retail industry. This temporary role offers an opportunity to contribute to the Accounting & Finance department in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile discrepancies in payment records and liaise with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain and update financial records within the internal systems.
Provide support to the Accounting & Finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to address payment-related queries.
Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Cash Allocation Clerk should have:

Experience in cash allocation or a similar role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of approximately £12.60 to £15.40, depending on experience.
