Cash Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Camberley
Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Camberley, for a Cash Administrator to join their finance team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and finance experience who is looking for flexible working hours spread across Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:

As a Cash Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely allocation of customer payments, maintaining new starter information across agencies, and assisting with invoicing and general administrative support. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller, credit control, and management accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cash allocation from bank statements to customer invoices across various entities using Sage Line 50

Raising permanent placement invoices in multiple currencies

Reporting permanent placements to clients for accurate commission and bonus calculations

Maintaining accurate new starter information across recruitment agencies

Assisting with general admin and ad-hoc finance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar finance or admin role

Proficiency in Sage Line 50

Intermediate Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload

A team player with a professional and friendly attitude
