Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping people?
We’re recruiting for a Call Handler to join a professional and supportive team where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone with previous call handling or customer service experience, but we’re also keen to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are confident on the phone and eager to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking a variety of inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Making occasional outbound calls to follow up on queries or provide updates
Listening carefully and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
Accurately updating customer information on internal systems
Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries quickly and effectively
Delivering every call with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Previous call handling or contact centre experience is desirable
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Calm and resilient under pressure, with a positive approach
Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
