Starting salary £25,225, plus monthly bonus. Full time- Permanent role.

The Role Day-to-Day:

Make and receive calls to resolve overdue payments and arrange payment plans
Use your negotiation skills to create tailored solutions for customers
Take ownership of first-call resolution – with quick, efficient results!
Work within client expectations to deliver fantastic customer experience
Resolve varied customer issues, showing resilience and professionalism.

We are looking for:

Drive and enthusiasm for reaching goals in a fast-paced role
A friendly and positive attitude!
Strong listening and communication skills over the phone
Resilience, tenacity, and ability to perform under pressure
GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
Ideally, up to 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centre.
