About the Position:

What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Build a strong pipeline of SMEs and mid-market employers (50–500 employees) in London, Manchester, and Birmingham.
Sell Via.’s platform value proposition, demonstrating 95% cost savings, faster time-to-hire, and higher candidate quality.
Run structured SaaS sales motions including discovery, ROI case, demos, stakeholder management, and closing.
Collaborate with founders to shape pitch materials, handle objections, and refine pricing strategies.
Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams based on client conversations.
Help define and refine Via.’s go-to-market playbook for scale, contributing to innovative projects.
What You Bring:
3–6 years of sales experience in recruitment SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment services.
Proven track record as a hunter, consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets.
Strong understanding of HR/Talent Acquisition buyers, with the ability to sell to HR Directors, Heads of Talent, and CFOs.
Experience running consultative, ROI-driven sales conversations.
An entrepreneurial mindset, excited to join an early-stage startup and build processes from scratch.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Experience in selling HR tech solutions or transitioning from recruitment to SaaS sales.
Familiarity with emerging technologies in the recruitment space.
Leadership or mentoring experience in previous roles.
Experience Required:
3–6 years of sales experience in relevant fields
Education:
Degree preferred but not essential

£30,000 – £40,000 gross annual salary
