Insurance Broking Team Leader required to join a well-respected insurance broker due to growth.
The main aspect of this role will involve handling workflow allocation for the team and running the department to deliver exceptional client service. You will also be involved in staff training, coaching and acting as a referral point for any technical queries. The role may also involve some project work, and updating reports for the management team.
Commercial insurance industry knowledge and experience would be essential for this role particularly in dealing with commercial risks across all product types. It’s important for this role, that you are able to build and maintain both client and insurer relationships. In addition to account handling, any experience in leading a team, acting as a referral point, and driving best practice would be an advantage. It may be that you are an experienced insurance broker but looking for that next step up or would enjoy the challenge of more responsibility.
