This role is ideal for an ambitious audit professional who enjoys leading assignments, mentoring junior colleagues, and building strong client relationships. It offers the perfect platform to develop your technical expertise and leadership skills while contributing to the continued success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading audits from planning through to completion
Supervising and mentoring junior staff members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Reviewing work prepared by junior team members
Assisting with technical queries and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Supporting senior management with business development initiatives

Skills & Experience:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Minimum of four years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a varied client portfolio effectively
