Originating real estate-backed bridging loans in the UK and/or Ireland
Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
Assisting with the production of investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you’re involved in
Who we are looking for
Experience of UK real estate investments / banking in the UK is essential
Cashflow modelling
Excellent sales and relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
