Role: Associate Cost Management (Built Environment)
Location: London (4 days in office)
Salary: c£70-80k + package

We’re looking for consultants with:

MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)

Strong commercial focus, with sector experience in fit out, office, residential, commercial real estate, PBSA etc

Confidence in procurement, cost estimating, and post-contract management

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills, consultancy experience a bonus
