Our client is a leading cleaning equipment manufacturer who are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team!

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, build strong distributor relationships, and grow the brand in your designated territory. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence through a network of partners and direct client engagement.

Description

Develop and implement a territory-specific sales strategy aligned with the global vision.

Drive sales growth by managing relationships with distributors, re-sellers, and key accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and onboard new distribution partners.

Provide product training, support, and motivation to distributors and their sales teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine local strategies.

Report on KPIs, forecasts, and territory performance using CRM tools.

Represent the business at trade shows, demos, and customer events.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns to local market needs.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the values in all customer interactions.

Overnight stays and travel to customers will be required.

Profile

Experience selling cleaning equipment, hygiene, or industrial solutions is advantageous.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience managing distributors is a must.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel frequently across your region

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer service.

Willingness to drive a Van – Will be required to demo equipment
