We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer to join our client’s growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of rural and agricultural property matters, while collaborating with other departments and contributing to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)
Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements
Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice
Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams
Attending networking events and supporting business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years PQE with strong transactional property experience
Knowledge of agricultural property law (preferred)
Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a proactive and innovative mindset
