As an AR Manager you will be required to oversee the accounts receivable process and manage financial operations with precision and efficiency.

Description

Manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports for senior management.
Supervise and guide a small team within the accounts department.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and practices.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise billing processes.
Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing effective credit control measures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes where necessary.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and credit control practices.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external clients.
